your Oracle OCP Hands-On Course Requirement Form
The Hands-On Course Requirement Form is required for
all NEW OCP candidates. (It is not required for those
who are upgrading their existing DBA OCP credential from
a previous version.) You must complete the Oracle University
hands-on course requirement form before you will receive
